This is my first blog on my long road ahead to a slimmer me. I have been a memeber of Perton, Weight Watchers for almost two years and I have found this a long and hard road so far, and this is my final go at this and I am determined to Walk this long road to a Slimmer Me.
I took the advise of good people (Tali Roberts) and started this daily blog so I can share my daily trackers, food thoughts and general feelings.
It's going to be up and down but I will find the slimmer me. There will be daily trackers, occassional recipes and exercise entries.
